Guided Journey not appearing.

Summary:

We have set up a Guided Journey for Benefits Enrollment per Oracle's instructions but when we log in as a new employee and start the enrollment process the guided text is not appearing.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We created the checklists with tasks and then went into a sandbox/HCM Experience Design Studio and set up (see screenshots). Is there another step we are missing to be able to see the Guided Journey as a new employee? Does it matter if the employee was hired before we created the Guided Journey?
