Can Journeys support a decision tree task?

Summary:

We are creating a Journey for Leaves, and we want one task in the Journey to act as a decision tree.

Is this supported by Journeys?

An example would be "An employee submits documentation in task 1-3 but task 4 the Leave specialist can with write in the Leave the employee qualifies for and tasks appropriate populate for the remaining part of the journey.
