Receiving an 'Error' message when trying to complete a Journey Task.

Summary:

This journey used to work when I tried to complete a Journey Task within this journey but recently we now receive this error when trying to complete. For context, we recently got the 24B update and are unsure if the update is associated to Oracle throwing this error. I also had this experienced this same error on a different Journey and to fix I remade the Journey using the same tasks to fix this issue. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing similar issues with Journeys or know how to fix the Journey without having to remake it.
