Contextual Journey Reassignment

Summary:

We have a contextual journey that is launched by the Line Manager for promotions and transfers. The Line Manager that initiated the journey has since left the role, is there a way to reassign the journey to the new Line Manager who has taken over? If so, can you please provide what roles have access to reassign the journey and the steps that need to be taken to accomplish.
