Journeys not firing in PROD

Summary:

Issue:
We have Journeys activated in PROD but the checklist are not firing.

Profile Option ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_ENABLED is ON

Enterprise onboarding and Enterprise onboarding steps are ON; same config in Dev2 (in Dev2 it is working fine)

Did we missed anything?
