Is it possible to trigger a journey after completion of another journey?

Hi experts,

we are trying to implement dependent journeys, is it possible to assign automatically or trigger a journey after completion of another journey?

i.e. If Journey A and Journey B are completed then Journey C will be assigned.

is it feasible?
