EMAIL_DELIVERABILITY_STATUS_ in profile list with Undeliverable status
I noticed some of the CUSTOMER_ID_ in my Responsys profile list with EMAIL_DELIVERABILITY_STATUS_ having Undeliverable status.
Q1 - How can we know the specific reason why a particular CUSTOMER_ID_ has Undeliverable status?
Q2 - How can we change a list of CUSTOMER_ID_ with Undeliverable status back to Deliverable status? (Assuming we already have consent from these CUSTOMER_ID_ to change it back to Deliverable status)
