Notification that suggestion is received

We want to know how to configure a notification to a Knowledge Article owner that a suggestion has been made against their article We are using Knowledge in Redwood environment, surfaced through HR Help Desk and My Knowledge.

We have a need for article owners to be notified that they have received a suggestion on their article. Currently, our config only sends a notification to the assignee after this has been manually assigned to a person which seems redundant when the person that would nominally make this change will be the original owner - they appear to be the assignee before changing this but receive no notification that a suggestion has been made. Is it possible to do this?
