Hi we just got R24B - No content visible in organizational tab Journeys

We enabled the new feature "My Team Tab and My Oraganizational Tab for LineManagers and HR Admins. It all worked fin in TEST, but now in production I can not view any content in those tabs. is there a process I have missed to run ? We use seeded Human Resource Specialist role and still not able to eighter view List of Values in filter fields or any worker data. Hope someone can help me urgently :-)
