Add Questionnaire link to the journey notification that the owner receives

Summary:

We have a questionnaire task wherein if performer (manager) completes it, a notification will be received by the owner (HR Rep)

Is it possible to modify the notification to add the questionnaire link so that owner can view the completed questionnaire?
