How to anticipate a task allocation considering the hire date

Hi team!
Our client asks for allocate a specific task "2 weeks before the hire date": I consider to "isolate" the task in a specific checklist and set the condition by using "Allocation Criteria: When the action record becomes effective (Hire): Days for Initiation (-14 days)"

Do you suggest this is the right way to follow?
I'm not finding a condition like this to set for the specific task.

Could you please share your expertise?
