Passing Campaign attributes to SPAN

Hi all,
we want to add a new SPAN - SMS Public Aggregator Network for sending our SMS.

Is it possible to send to the new SPAN some campaign's information like "Limit Launch Rate", "Marketing Strategy" and "Marketing Program"?
