How a Line Manager can assign Journey to a Specific team member

Hello

We have a requirement where Line Manger need to assign a Journey to a specific team member. Currently we noticed that Line Manager has Journey access through Me - Journey, but Journey tile missing in My Team - Journey. Is this intended functionality? How a Manager can assign the Journey to a Team Member?

Any help/ Pointers would be greatly appreciated!
