Load data in CDM in Bulk

We want to load the data in bulk in CDM as attachments. Following are the steps we are using:
- Excel sheet with details of the attachments to be loaded.
2. Sample file for upload
3. Zip file created to upload.
4. Import Management file upload successfully.
5. Import management step#2
6. Import Management step #3
7. Details of process executed successfully.
8. However, at the end we are not able to find the attachments loaded in the CDM for the customer after following the above steps.
