Summary:

Hi All,

We have a optional journey for line managers "****" where two tasks are
present:
1. Task#1 : Expiry date of task is 365 days : this optional task
2. Task#2 - Task#1 is the preceding task for task#2 and it is a mandatory task

After 365 days, task#1 is expired task#2 is allocated and since it is a
mandatory task it comes to performer for completion after 1 year.

This is causing issue we want to keep it disabled as the journey task is of no use now after 1 year.

Please let us know the fix for this or recommend a solution to this.

As a workaround we are thinking to Force Close the journey by running

Howdy, Stranger!
