Benefit End Date Automation based on Plan Year Period

Inviting Expert Inputs to solution the ask of End Dating Benefits at respective Program's Year Period End Date. As per Benefit Defaut Behaviour, when Benefits are assigned to an employee, the system DOES NOT store any benefit end date till the Colleague has another life event hitting the system (like termination, to end date benet, or annual enrollment window, thus populating end date for this years benefits, and starting benefit data for the next year). Hence from UI End date in any other case always stays black both at front end and well as back end.

Is there a way to automatically populate this through Benefit Configuration or Element Level Fast Formula, or any other logic. Issue is Element Entries are unable to detect an end date for Benefits hence cause issues at calculation level. Benefit Coverage End Date & Benefit Rate End Date. (Both Start Date attributes are available in configuration pages, but end dates are not available)
