What is the HZ_Parties Document Sequencing Maximum Value?

As per my new requirement, I'm supposed to change the Automatic numbering for REGISTRY_ID (which started with 1) to start with an 11-digit number.

As per this doc - Guidelines for Managing Document Sequences (oracle.com) - "Sequence numbers must not be more than 11 digits."

I want to know the maximum sequence number that can be generated for the REGISTRY_ID.
