Activation Criteria not working on Journey Task
Summary:
Hello experts,
We are trying to send a Journey Task to user when someone becomes a New Manager.
Durning testing in our lower environment we cannot get the activation criteria to assign the Journey to the user when we move an employee to a brand new manager (didn't have existing direct reports).
The below is the config set up for the Task and Eligibility Profiles. I’ve reviewed the Implementation Doc and Customer Connect but can’t see how to get around this issue.
Any ideas?
