Not able to see Offboarding Joureny after employee Last Working Day

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to see the Offboarding journey task even after the Last Working Day for that particular employee in order to verify the task completion status.

But when we checked in Assigned Journey and tried searching for that employee there were no details found.

Please let me know if someone knows how to see the journey.
