Restrict journey initiation based on person security profile

Summary:

We have a requirement to allow admin to assign journeys ONLY to users based on the custom person security profile created and tagged to the data role assigned to admin. However, when the admin goes to the screen they are able to see all users to assign the journey.

My Client Groups > Journyes > Explore > Search and Select a Journey > Assign > Person Name > All users found
