Can employees get an email that a journey was assigned to them - bulk assignment?
Summary:
We just started Open Enrollment and using journeys to prepare documents and guide employees through the Open Enrollment Process. We noticed that no email was sent that the journey was assigned. Is there a configuration that we need to do or turn on so employees will receive an email that they have been assigned a journey? We were told that this action we did was a mass allocated journey in production through HDL so they will not receive email. I want to see if there's a work around.
