Me > Resignation - Contextual Journey screen goes blank

Summary:

I have other Contextual Journeys that are working correctly, but I created them for Me > Resignation, and when I click on the quick action the screen goes blank, I opened an SR but I still haven't had a response. Has anyone had this error?
