employee unable to delete/end date contact through benefits self service
Summary: As a part of new hire life event, spouse was enrolled in the plan. Now as a part of death of dependent life event, we have de-enrolled the spouse from all the plan, but still we are unable to delete the spouse as a contact. Any help would be appreciated

As a part of new hire life event, spouse was enrolled in the plan. Now as a part of death of dependent life event, employee have de-enrolled the spouse from all the plan, but still employee is unable to delete the spouse from the contact.
