Unable to choose category when trying to create journey template from journeys setup app

Hi,

We have enabled the journeys setup app by turning on the profile option ( ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED =Y) with 24D release in our lower pod.
Initially we are able to choose category when trying to create the new journey template from the journeys setup app. Suddenly, we noticed that choose category drop down is blank and not allowing us to pick the category we want to create.

I verified the category security to make sure that no roles added to any existing categories.

Has anyone faced the same issue?? Please suggest!!
Due to this, we are not able to perform any regression testing with journeys setup app.
