Reassign option is disabled in Redwood journeys view

Dear Team,

Currently we have enabled the redwood journeys and there is a option to reassign the journeys but it is currently disabled. Therefore we need to enable it for further configurations. Is there any specific steps to enable it or any possibility to enable that option. Appreciate your support on this matter
