Auto update Task Due date

Hi,

Is there a way to auto update the task due dates once the start date of new hire is postponed?

Currently we have onboarding step that gets assigned when "hire" action becomes effective. So, let's say a new hire is joining on December 1, as per auto conversion from pending worker then the tasks are assigned from Dec 1 and have Dec 7th as due date (7 days from task assigned date)

Now, if w have to postpone the start date of employee to Dec 15, we use employment start dates action and update start date on employee record, however the tasks are still showing Dec 7 instead of Dec 22 (based on updated start date of employee).
