Dual signatures task - case sensitive

Hello,

We have several onboarding documents that required dual signatures, one from the new hire and one from the recruiter. Currently, we have found that the dual signatures documents are case-sensitive. If the new hire or recruiter enters their name with all lower-case letters and clicks 'See document', the document displays without any details populating. If the new hire or recruiter enters their name by capitalizing the first letter of their first and last name and clicks 'See document', all details populate on the document. Is there anyone that is having the same issue? Any ideas how we can remove case
