Electronic Signature Document "Failed to load PDF document" when trying to download from Journeys

Summary:

I am having an issue with downloading an electronic signature document from an Onboarding Journey that I created. When I assign the journey to a test employee and try to download the document that is needing a signature (BEFORE signing) I keep getting the error "Failed to load PDF document" but as soon as I enter in the employee name and use the notepad to sign it, it downloads just fine without any issue. I've double checked the report path in comparison to other e-sig tasks that have been successful as well as double checking that the correct data model
