Link to BI Publisher report in a task not opening, have to click a 2nd time

Hello,

I have an "external URL" task type which links to a BI Publisher report. The link is something like this :

https://XXXX-test.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com:443/analytics/saw.dll?bipublisherEntry&Action=open&itemType=.xdo&bipPath=%2FCustom%2FHuman%20Capital%20Management%2FJourneys%2FOnboarding%2FOnboarding_IT%20Team.xdo&bipParams={%22_paramsP_ALLOCATED_CHECKLIST_ID%22:%22{AllocatedChecklistId}%22}

As the performer, when I click on the link in the task the first time, the link is not loading properly, as we can see in the URL :

But if I click a second time on the link, now it is loading properly as we can see in the URL and the report is displaying fine :
