Journey contact information blank
Summary:
We have configured journeys to display the Line Manager as the contact person but we are seeing the information presented is very inconsistent. See below example where the first contact is the Line Manager but this is duplicating and another contact is also displayed. We are also seeing some journeys with blank contact information (see below):
- Why are contacts for Line Manager duplicating?
- What could be causing blank details?
- What could be causing none relevant contacts to pull in?
- What is the material difference between selecting Journey Contact and Onboarding Sponsor in the setup?
