Users unable to search for Journeys on Organization Tab

Summary:

Some users not able to view/search for the New Hire’s Journey as soon as the New Hire Journey is allocated to the users on Organization Journeys tab. They are however able to view & search for the New Hire’s Journey after a day or two. Currently this is only happening for 1-2 cases and there is no particular pattern noticed. New Hire’s Journey is taking longer than expected to show up in the search results for few users.

We have enabled Oracle Search for Journeys and have followed the steps mentioned here -
