Offboarding process - Accountability and Best Practices for Offboarding Checklist Design

edited Dec 24, 2024 8:17PM in Journeys 8 comments

Summary:

Dear experts

While designing the Offboarding checklist, we encountered a challenge. When the checklist is assigned to multiple parties (e.g., the employee, line manager, and AoRs), it was not possible to view their responses in a single consolidated page. For instance, the employee might indicate, "I returned the laptop," while the AoR-IT focal point might state, "I have not received it."

This raises critical questions:

  • How can we ensure that all parties can view their responses in a unified checklist, thereby improving transparency and accountability?
  • What are the best practices for designing such a checklist to ensure seamless collaboration and prevent discrepancies?

Howdy, Stranger!
