Is it feasible to use duplicate quick action as a contextual action in contextual journeys

Summary: We have a requirement where we would like to create Change Assignment duplicate quick action and use it as a Contextual Action in Contextual Journeys. However, when we tried only one quick action is visible in drop-down and duplicate quick action is not visible.

Can any expert here please confirm if above requirement is feasible or not ?
