Auto Populate Fields in Questionnaire

Hi All, we are trying to create a Form to use in Journeys.

It has more than 30 Questions so cannot use Configurable Forms/DFFs as the limit get's breached.
We are using Questionnaire, but some of the fields must be auto populated based on who is performing the task of the journey/who is filling the form.

Like in DFF we use SQL to set defaults, can we do the same but on Questionnaire form of a journey.
