Self-Assigned Journeys Not Showing Up in Organization Journeys

Summary:

We've found that if a user starts the Journey themselves (not assigned by anyone else) and completes the Journey, we are unable to view the completed Journey under the Organization Journeys tab (My Client Groups » Journeys). However if we assign the Journey to a user and it is completed, the Journey shows up under Organization Journeys. Is this a known issue / working as intended, or is there a step I'm possibly missing?
