Add information to Journeys in Redwood UI

Hello,

We have configured Off Boarding journey's to be triggered when an employee applied for absence, however, the tasks performer is the HR person. Hence, the HR person will receive all journeys for all employees who takes vacations, therefore, they need to know the person's number (not name only) who applied for vacation and the vacations details (like the dates) to determines which journey is this in case the employee is applying for 2 absences.

We're using the Redwood UI, and we can't find anything related to journeys in HCM Experience Design Studio

please advice.
