Oracle Cloud account Login issue

in OCI - General

Summary:

I can not login to my oracle cloud account with "default" domain.

but I can succesfully login with "identity" domain. also without default domain I can not create instances on my account.

I have also tried to reset password, but unfortunately requested email not received on my recovery email include spam folder.
