What tasks can a Pending Worker perform in an onboarding Journey?
Summary:
We are currently trying to set up an onboarding Journey for a pending worker but have ran into issues setting up the Pending worker role to complete some tasks such as updating personal information, pay details, and W-4 information. Can these tasks be set up for a pending worker or only once the pending worker becomes an employee? Is there a list of which tasks a pending worker are able to complete and what privilege would need to be added to the pending role?
