Redwood: Customize DOB field to be required in Contacts (Before you enroll in Ben Self-Service)
Summary:
We need to customize the DOB field to be required in contacts (adding and updating an existing) in the benefits self-service page >before you enroll. See screenshots below.
When trying to complete this change in VB I noticed that the regions and fields do not appear on the page (screenshot below). I don't see the Business Rules either. How can I complete this change?
