Is there an ability to update allocated Journey Task that has a configurable form using an HDL?

Summary:

We have a pre-boarding journey that contains a task for Onboarding Team that having Configurable Form.
The onboarding team updates a certain field on the form after the task is assigned to them.

Is there an HDL that we can use to update the allocated tasks referring to the field (s) of the configurable form?

The Task on the Journey contains a field "Onb Session" which the Onb team updates when they are assigned the task.
We are going live with pre-boarding journeys and want to update the Onb Session values for ~100 employees.
