We tried to process the Employee who are Suspended due to Client restrictions but they can continue the Benefits because of the guidelines. But we get the following error

There was a problem evaluating the coverage or benefit amount for XXXX because their salary value is blank. (BEN-990370)

If you're a benefits administrator, check the configuration of the derived factor Stated compensation to ensure that a valid salary value exists for the person on the processing date. This error occurred in the package ben_determine_coverage.mai

How can we process the Benefits for the Suspended Employees? The client needs them to be processed
