Journey - Not pressing the “Start Journey” button again

Hello, I need help with a question from my client.
The journey of the Person category has been configured to register bank accounts for the employee.
We have created a link for quick access to the journey and the task for execution.

My question is this: Is it possible that when the employee clicks on the link and opens the journey, they don't have to press the “Start Journey” button again?
