Hi Expert,

Below question ask by client shall i provide those ans as i added or do we have any additional suggestion I would to provide best approach.

We wanted to get some clarity on managing onboarding task for below 2 cases:

  1. No show employees- For candidates whose ID is already created on Core HR and they do not join us , we go to Core HR and terminate and cancel their work relationship on Core HR. But for these employees we have observed that the employee development mail which is as part of the onbaording task still goes to their manager.
