Employees seeing My Client Groups after enabling Journeys

I enabled Journeys today and now Employees have access to My Client Groups

After enabling Journeys, employees can now see My Client Group tab. See screenshot below.

I completed the following steps to enable Journey. How do I turn off My Client Groups for Employees ??

  • Step 1: Enable profile option - ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_ENABLED
  • Step 2: Granted Custom Employee role - ORA_PER_ACCESS_JOURNEY_BY_WORKER (Access Journey by Worker) privilege.
  • Step 3: Granted custom Line Manager role - ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_BY_MANAGER
  • Step 4: We do not use custom HR role, only seeded so no action required.
