E-Signature task: Populating Signature details in the report only after completing the task
We have a requirement to populate the signer details(Signer name, Signer Date, IP address etc) in the E-sign report only after the user clicks on the "Done" button in an E-Signature task.
Clicking on "View Document" should only show the Document available in the E-sign report BIP template. (Excluding the e-sign fields)
When user clicks on the "Done" button, the signer details should be added to the Document text and this should get stored in the Document of Records.
We tried using the columns from PER_ALLOCATED_TASKS table, but looks like these columns get updated only after the document is pushed to DOR.
