Journey Task email is missing document

Hi,

We have journey task of document type which gets triggered to the terminated employee's home email address.

The email is going fine to the home email address but it's missing the document attachment.

Display setting has been enabled to allow attachments for Performer. Tried by creating a task directly in the Journey instead of task library as well.
