Multiple attachment getting stored in the DOR from checklist Task.

Summary:

Hi

We have a requirement were we have created a checklist task and selected a report path and also selected as add attachment to DOR feature. But what is happing is when employee is downloading the report and after that uploading in the task at that 2 attachment is getting stored. 1st one the report template and other the attachment which is uploaded by the employee. So can anyone let me know if it is the seeded functionality or we have to change anything in the configuration.
