Benefit relationship does not get updated when assignment changes

Summary:

Hi,

We have this recurring issue where when employee has different assignments that if they have temporary assigments (Primary Flay = Y) , the benefit relationship does not get updated automatically and it messes up with the benefit enrollments deductions.

In order to fix the issue, we need to click refresh on the Benefit Relationship page so that the correct assignment is reflected and reprocess the life event.

Does anyone know why it does not update the benefit relationship automatically when assignment is changed?
