the life event doesnt get wiped off from self service

redwood benefits 25a, after voiding the life event from the my client groups -> Benefits Summary, the life event doesn't get wiped off from the self-service' Report a life event' page. Clicked on 'Purge voided and backed out lif events' as well. Hence, not allowing to report a life event.

Did anyone observe this behavior?

Admin page - No life event in detected/evaluated status

Self-service page - Though the earlier life event was voided, it's not allowing to report another life event on the same day.
