When a user start a journey via Start Journey button it loads indefinitely

Hey!

When a user tries to start a journey using the "Start Journey" button the journey screen keeps loading indefinitely, the user is only able to see the journey that it started after going back to home page and then opening the journeys page again. Does anyone know what may be causing this?
